Ark. ex-trooper doing jail time for disabled man's death

SPRINGDALE, Ark. (AP) -- The fatal shooting of an unarmed, mentally disabled man as he lay on the ground has sent a former Arkansas state trooper to jail for 90 days.
Larry Norman, 41, was sentenced Thursday for the March 7, 2006, killing of Joseph Erin Hamley, 21, of Springdale, who was mistaken by Norman and other officers for a Michigan fugitive being sought by police.
At a news conference later, the state police director, Col. Winford Phillips, pledged to step up training and otherwise "do everything possible to prevent this from ever happening again."
At his sentencing in Benton County Circuit Court, Norman looked straight ahead as a judge ordered him to jail immediately. The judge also ordered Norman to serve 12 months on probation, pay a $1,000 fine and perform 30 hours of community service in a school for disabled youth.
State police and Washington County deputies believed Hamley may have been a Michigan fugitive reported to be in the area. As he arrived at the scene, Norman was ordered to direct traffic but instead intervened and approached Hamley.

Action Alert: Stop the National ID Expansion!
Thousands of individuals and sixteen states have already told the federal government to dump the privacy-invasive REAL ID Act, which would standardize drivers' licenses into a national ID and create databases linking the records together. But instead of listening to the public, members of Congress are renewing their efforts to ram the unfunded mandate down everyone's throats. A provision smuggled into the major immigration reform bill would effectively force every American to present a standardized national ID in order to get a job and establish a huge "employment verification" system filled with personal information.
The proposal is set for a floor vote next week -- call your Senators now to stop the national ID expansion.
This bill realizes one of our main fears about REAL ID -- once in place, uses of the IDs and database will inevitably expand to facilitate a wide range of tracking and surveillance activities. Remember, the Social Security number started innocuously enough, but it has become a prerequisite for a host of government services and been co-opted by private companies to create massive databases of personal information.
The proposed employment verification system is bound to contain errors impacting millions of Americans. Combined with inevitable delays implementing REAL ID, the proposed system could present unnecessary hurdles when you apply for a job. It would also make your private information more vulnerable to government misuse, security breaches, and identity theft.
The broader REAL ID's uses get, the harder it becomes to get the Act off the books entirely. Tell your Senators to fix this part of the immigration bill by supporting the Baucus-Tester Amendment (Senate Amendment 1236) and the Grassley-Baucus-Obama Amendment (Amendment 1441).

The crash occurred during a training mission involving four F-15s from the 142nd Fighter Wing and four U.S. Marine Corps Reserve F-18s from Fort Worth, Texas, Maj. Misti Mazzia said at the news conference.

So what jobs are the illegal immigrants going too do once they are given Amnesty? Your's!
Do you actually think they are going to spend their days in the fields. I don't. And I know they wont. Just look at any construction, lawn service company. They have taken your job. A job some want.
What are we going to do with these non English speaking illegal immigrants when their Jobs are taken? Give them Welfare.
Vision Robotics Corporation is going to take the place of these seasonal workers. Remember this word 'Seasonal'. What do they do when the picking season is over? Take your Job.
VRC now has three business areas:
Consumer products, which includes household, office and healthcare.
So you see there is No need for the Illegal Housekeeper or custodial worker to clean your house or office, or Mow your lawn. So what will they do?
Agriculture, which includes the automation of the care and harvest of tree fruit and grapes.
So you see there is No need for these seasonal Workers to pick produce. What will they do?
And the military.So there is No need for illegal immigrants in this area anymore. What will they do?

With the recent Computer problems hitting various systems in the U.S., in Space and abroad, One has too Wonder if the Cyber War has begun in ernest. One should also wonder if it has, Why are they keeping it a secret. I guess it is OK to Scare you with a Terrorist Attack as long as it is a Living Person doing the attacking, and they Can show you the Dead from such an attack.
I suggest you take your Cash or some of it out of the Bank and stash it somewhere safe just in case. At least you will be able to buy some food; or maybe not as most store employees probably cant add without the aid of a computer. If the system Crashes just think of all the things you will not be able to do.

One should also wonder if it has, Why are they keeping it a secret. I'm the wrong color.......
I have had Caucasian, African American, Asian, Indian, German, Swede, Ukrainian, Korean, and yes Latino friends.Out of this group of diverse people the only ones to play the RACE CARD with me personally are, African Americans and Latinos. Don't get me wrong though, most in these two groups are Good people and don't use Race as a stepping stone. The ones that do can KISS MY ASS. If you are my age and younger you have had more opportunities than I have being Born in the USA.
The Issue....Why do you think I, or the Government of the USA owes you a thing?
I damn sure don't owe you anything.
What I want to know is, Why is everything given to you?
My first real experience with Race as an Issue was in the early 80's. I applied for a Grant to try and make something of myself, better than what I was. I was turned Down. Why? From the Mouth of the office administrator who I met only this one time because I was asking and raising hell a little much, You are the wrong Color. When she told me this I didn't understand. She took me into her office and explained further and at the end of our conversation, yes I was the wrong color.
Their Doing the Jobs I wont do?
Through the years I haven't held it against anyone. Through the years I have continued in the same line of work in which I started. Doing the Jobs most wont do. This was/is a slap in my face, The people in control telling me the Reason they are letting all these Illegals in the USA is because they do the jobs I wont, and the ones in Control have NEVER done.

Here is something you may not know. Your Favorites in Internet Explorer and Bookmarks in FireFox Also track you.

The Import/Export wizard will open.
Choose Export Favorites
Choose which file to export
Choose where to save the file and save your exported Favorites some where you can get to the html file. In my case a folder in Windows Explorer.You may choose desktop for easy access.
Close the wizard after export
Ok now go find the HTML file and right click it and open with Notepad or another text editor. What you will see is when the particular Folder or Favorite was Added to your favorites, When it was last modified, and when you last visited the site. Now you tell me why they need this Information. The only reason I can think of is to TRACK YOU.

I just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know about two great television events this week. You've seen IAVA on CNN, MSNBC and Fox - this one should be on the lighter side. Our Director of Government Affairs, Todd Bowers, will be on the Daily Show on Comedy Central Monday night at 11pm ET / 10pm CT. Todd served two tours in Iraq as a civil affairs sergeant with the Marine Corps, and he's going to be featured in a 'segment' on counterinsurgency.

With recent and past allegations that Iran has been killing U.S. troops indirectly, recent developments will require immediate action from Israel and the U.s..
Things dont look good for U.S.,British or Israel at this time.
Hamas has acquired Intel from the Palestinian Preventive Intelligence headquarters which it has Seized in it's recent battle in Gaza. The Intelligence Archives on Paper documents as well as Computer Disc, reveals Past as well as present Clandestine Operations by U.S., British, Israel, Saudi Arabia and the Oil Emirates as well as many others dating back to the 1970's.
Intelligence Experts at this time have been heard to say, Israel should have Bombed the Two buildings where the files were stored. destroying the contents rather than allowing the files to fall into the hands of any organization dedicated to the destruction of Israel.
This is where it get interesting.
The newly acquired Intelligence by Hamas will benefit IRAN, Syria and other Middle Eastern countries wishing to do harm to the invading forces. Iran will surely pay a large bounty for this Intelligence and as I see it, the U.S. and others can not and will not allow this too happen. If Iran or others are able to acquire the Intelligence it wont be log before they are Bombed, to destroy it. This is Icing on the Cakewalk so to speak.

It has been revealed that Moscow's President Vladimir Putain who recently has been aggravated by President Bush's desire to Deploy U.S. Missile Defenses in Poland and Czech Republic, Has released the Long withheld NUCLEAR FUEL for Iran's Nuclear Power Plant in Bushehr. This happened the week before the G8 summit took place in Germany. Containers wre loaded on to a train destined for Iran from the manufacturer JSC Novosibirsk Chemical Concentrates Plant on June 2/3. The containers contained 2 types of Nuclear Fuel, WER-440 and WER-1000 and were delivered to Iran on or about June 12 after Iran made good on a $327m payment for Russian made missiles which are/were delivered to Syria for it's War with Israel. Russia also made a delivery of Nuclear Fuel to India to whom they have in the past year sold military aircraft and Naval equipment.
Between a Hard place and the Rest of the World
With more and more Nations arming themselves against U.S. aggressions, it wont be long. If Bush and his gang go through with Bombing Iran we here in the U.S. are in for a world of hurt. The first thing I have a problem with is, Explain to me what caused WTC-7 [Building 7] which wasn't hit by a jet loaded with fuel too collapse. You Scientist are very smart. In this case deceptively smart. So smart you didn't add WTC-7 in your equation. So tell me again how this happened in laymens terms.........oh thats right you cant.
Second- Why did the Twin Towers fall exactly in the SAME manner. You Scientist know that because of all the Variables there is NO way on earth this should/could have happened, unless it was planned. In simple terms, Hit your hand with a hammer then hit someone else's, The injury will have been caused by the same type of hammer, But I guarantee the injuries sustained will be different.
Third- Have you ever tried to SLICE through a block of Ice with a ginsu knife,you must have because this is what you would like me to believe happened. Aluminum slicing through the CENTRAL CORE COLUMNS after it has been shredded and ALL momentum gone. I need some of this special Aluminum,where do I get it?
Forth- You Scientist mention the Jet acting like a LAVA FLOW. Explain this to me as I cant seem to get the LIQUID to flow after IGNITING IT,It just goes up in Flames. You also mention "energy imparted from fluid moving at high speed to solid targets". Well I got news for you, I have operated high pressure pumps of 2000psi+ and it didn't cut
through steel as you would have us believe this fuel traveling at 500mph did.
Fifth- Why was the First Tower to collapse the Last one hit? Surely the Raging Inferno[you want us to believe caused this] In the first tower hit would have caused it to collapse first.
Sixth- Again I ask this question; How did this Fuel that is on Fire go all the way down to the bottom of these structures and remove the fireproofing and weaken the steel? And, how did it get over too WTC-7 to make it collapse in the same manner?

What I do understand is yes, Two jetliners loaded with fuel hit the Twin Towers. They were the same type and as reported in other Scientific reports, carried the same Amount of fuel. Explosives capable of causing "extensive damage" have been stolen from a St. Charles County firing range used by the sheriff's office and the FBI, federal officials said Tuesday.
Officials are still trying to determine how much dynamite, C-4 and other explosives were taken and exactly who was responsible.
Mike Schmitz of the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives said investigators believe more than one person was involved in the theft, but it is too early to know the intent of the thieves, including whether terrorism could be involved.
The theft, discovered by the FBI on Tuesday, happened sometime in the past 10 days.
The explosives, including C-4, dynamite and safety fuse, were being stored at the St. Charles County training center and firearms range at 1835 South Highway 94, Schmitz said. The range is located in a rural area.

Explosives capable of causing "extensive damage" have been stolen from a St. Charles County firing range used by the sheriff's office and the FBI, federal officials said Tuesday.
Officials are still trying to determine how much dynamite, C-4 and other explosives were taken and exactly who was responsible.
Mike Schmitz of the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives said investigators believe more than one person was involved in the theft, but it is too early to know the intent of the thieves, including whether terrorism could be involved.
The theft, discovered by the FBI on Tuesday, happened sometime in the past 10 days.
The explosives, including C-4, dynamite and safety fuse, were being stored at the St. Charles County training center and firearms range at 1835 South Highway 94, Schmitz said. The range is located in a rural area.

In it Robert S. Mueller, Director of the FBI spoke of the same things we have heard since 9/11. Mushroom Clouds over U.S. cities, Al-Qaida, and the rest of the fear mongering double speak on how to Prevent such an attack.
While reading this, one paragraph caught my attention. Reading between the lines, I wonder if this was an attempt to foil yet another attack on our nation by the powers that be.

So....exactly what form this "Hypothetical threat of a Radiological Dispersal Device" will be is unknown, as well as the time and place. What we have uncovered at this time is, it is to be in the month of September. Why September, your guess is as good as mine. I wonder if the date this time is to be 9/09/2007 or 999 ?

I’m writing you from Mexico to express all my support to your efforts to save your country form the invasion you are experiencing today. But also, to share with you my feelings about the way that the American government is trying to resolve the problem and the message they are sending to people who want to immigrate legally to the U.S. I live in central Mexico and work as a professional for the State University. I’m going to avoid my name for security purposes.
I’m one of those people waiting in the line for an opportunity to have the privilege to live in the U.S. I have an American dream, but not the conventional dream that those third world aliens have when they cross the border illegally, with their only purpose to abuse your country. I’m an educated man who is tired of the degradation of Mexican society. I want to live in a place were respect is still part of the human being nature. I’ve visited the U.S. many times and every time, I feel that I was born in the wrong country. I feel like an American man inside, and this is a feeling I have had since I was very young. I started to learn English many years ago because I love it. I admire the American Heroes and love how American people have built their country, which stands up today with the stripped red, white and blue flag, which I’ve seen being dishonored by illegal aliens and their supporters. And also, I want you to know that I’ve never experienced any kind of racism when visiting the U.S., in spite of my non perfect English and very Hispanic features.
One year ago, I filed an application to immigrate legally to the U.S., willing to wait an estimated time of seven years and follow all the necessary immigration law requirements. As I’ve told you, I’ve been in your country many times, since I have a tourist visa. Some times people ask me, if I want to live in the U.S. why haven’t I used that visa to stay? To which I’ve answered: I have not overstayed my tourist visa because I’m a respectful man to whom the law has value; I’m a moral man.
But after reading about the bill proposed in congress to legalize all these illegals, I felt that I needed express myself and ask, “What is going to happen with the people who gave respect to your laws by waiting in a long line outside the U.S.? Why is the American government being so unfair with the people who play by the rules? Why does this bill not require a medical test for applicants? Why will illegals get a term of 8 years to pay a fine and I had to pay a full fee with my application, which actually does not guarantee me the entry to the US? Why do I have to get a financial sponsor, who is liable for my medical and other living expenses if I cannot pay, and these illegals don’t? But the worst part is, why do I have to wait in the line outside the country during my immigration process when these law breakers are already inside and accumulating necessary time to become American citizens?” These shameless politicians are saying that these people won’t get ahead of people who are waiting their turn outside the U.S., but…….. EXCUSE ME!!! THESE ILLEGALS DON’T EVEN HAVE TO GET IN THE LINE. THE MEANING OF THE LINE IS TO BE ABLE TO ENTER THE COUNTRY, AND THEY ARE ALREADY IN THE U.S. WORKING AND ENJOYING ALL THE BENEFITS THAT ONLY LEGAL PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE. Why are illegals being rewarded?

This morning I read the news about the debate that Republican candidates for the presidency had yesterday, and I got very angry with John McCain and his love for “Hispanics”. The same love that supposedly many others in congress have, and that President George Bush has, too. How hypocritical. Whom are they trying to fool? The love they have is really for the vote that these illegals will give them if they become legal. These people are behaving just like any corrupt Mexican politician. They are willing to transform the U.S. into a 3rd world country, as long as they get to be in power. They don’t care about the people who they pretend to represent.
Today, I’m going to ask all of you loyal American people: keep fighting to maintain the concept of the great America that people like me love. Please, fight to the end as I would do it if I were one of you. Believe me, you don’t want to see your wonderful nation transformed into another Mexico. That would make you cry forever.

I have followed Hurricanes and the Development of them for awhile. I'm among other things, a Severe Weather freak.
When Tropical Cyclone Gonu appeared on the Radar I didn't give it much thought......until I remembered something I had written back in 2005. I called it- Aerosol Operations 'Chemtrails', A deeper look. It's about Chemtrails, HAARP and their use by the Government.
Well after I re-read what I had written I started to Wonder......Is/Was this Hurricane Manufactured.
I ask this for a few different reasons.

They talk about CONTROLLING or OWNING the Weather by 2025 back in 1996. We all know that when the Government puts their minds and resources to something, it usually happens.
Another reason that comes to mind is:
You might expect to see a storm with near-perfect symmetry and a well-defined eye hovering over the warm waters of the Caribbean or in the South Pacific, but Tropical Cyclone Gonu showed up in an unusual place. On June 4, 2007, when the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) on NASA’s Aqua satellite captured this image, Tropical Cyclone Gonu was approaching the northeastern shore of Oman, a region better known for hot desert conditions.

Though rare, cyclones like Gonu are not unheard of in the northern Indian Ocean basin. Most cyclones that form in the region form over the Bay of Bengal, east of India. Those that take shape over the Arabian Sea, west of the Indian peninsula, tend to be small and fizzle out before coming ashore. Cyclone Gonu is a rare exception. As of June 4, 2007, the powerful storm had reached a dangerous Category Four status, and it was forecast to graze Oman’s north-eastern shore, following the Gulf of Oman. According to storm statistics maintained on Unisys Weather, the last storm of this size to form over the Arabian Sea was Cyclone 01A, which tracked northwest along the coast of India between May 21 and May 28, 2001. Unlike Gonu’s forecasted track, Cyclone 01A never came ashore.
This map shows the tracks of all Tropical cyclones which formed in the north Indian Ocean, or moved into that basin from the northwest Pacific Ocean, from 1970 to 2005. The points show the locations of the storms at six-hourly intervals and use the color scheme shown from Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Scale. Gray points denote unknown strength storms.

Oh, and as an added feature when I wrote the piece I mentioned above, "In the image look at #4- EMPLOY WX MOD Tools. The drawing on the LEFT is very similar to what the HAARP ARRAY looks like. The drawing in the CENTER is what I believe is to be used to SPRAY the Aerosol's and kinda looks like the U2 spy plane. The drawing on the RIGHT looks like a squadron of STEALTH FIGHTERS which I guess could be used to spray with but I don't see them being used for that. However they do give THE CAUSE EFFECT, Can you say BOOM. Also I find it strange that in this image, the outline of the country by the #5-CAUSE EFFECT big red arrow kinda looks like IRAN. If you have a world map go take a look."
